Por lo tanto si la noche antes de una competici\u00f3n duermes mal y ves tu sue\u00f1o interrumpido varias veces durante la noche, puede repercutir en tu rendimiento. Seg\u00fan varios estudios, los deportistas individuales son m\u00e1s propensos a dormir mal que los deportistas que practican deportes en equipo.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"western\">Mejor rendimiento deportivo mediante la prolongaci\u00f3n del descanso nocturno<\/h3>\n<p>Si te echan en cara que duermes demasiado, ahora tienes la excusa perfecta para justificarte. Los cient\u00edficos aseguran que el deporte supone una alternativa efectiva a las pastillas para dormir.
