Y aunque parezca mentira, a\u00fan hay personas en el mundo que odian el br\u00f3coli. Y deber\u00edan saber que el br\u00f3coli, en primer lugar est\u00e1 muy rico, y en segundo lugar, tiene muy pocos carbohidratos. Otro motivo m\u00e1s para emplear m\u00e1s a menudo esta rica cruc\u00edfera.<\/p>\n<p>La receta est\u00e1 pensada para cubrir de pizza una bandeja de horno. Ser\u00e1 suficiente para 3-4 comensales; aunque esto depender\u00e1 del hambre que tengan, claro. La cantidad de calor\u00edas se situar\u00e1 claramente por debajo de las 2.000 kcal. Tambi\u00e9n se deben rallar el resto de ingredientes. Se mezcla todo en un bol, hasta conseguir una masa. Si la masa te resulta demasiado basta, puedes pasarlo todo por el pasapur\u00e9s. Pero no hagas que todo se convierta en una papilla. Reparte la masa de forma homog\u00e9nea por toda la bandeja de horno. Para ello puedes emplear un rodillo o una botella de vino vac\u00eda, untada con aceite de oliva. Cuando lo tengas listo, mete la masa en el horno durante unos 15 minutos a 220\u00baC.<\/p>\n<p>Aprovecha este tiempo para preparar la cubierta de tu pizza baja en carbohidratos. Esto es algo relativamente sencillo. S\u00f3lo hay que trocear todo en dados o bastoncillos, al igual que lo har\u00edas en el caso de una pizza al uso. Cuando la masa de pizza comience a dorarse, se saca del horno y se deja enfriar brevemente. Vierte la salsa de tomate o el concentrado de tomate sobre la base y espolvorea el or\u00e9gano. Ya s\u00f3lo queda repartir el resto de ingredientes de forma regular sobre la pizza y volver a hornearla durante otros 10-15 minutos a la m\u00e1xima temperatura.<\/p>\n<p>Como estamos prestando atenci\u00f3n a las calor\u00edas y los carbohidratos, esta pizza no combina por desgracia con un vino blanco afrutado de Italia.
