En este art\u00edculo queremos presentarte los motivos por los que la este alimento puede ser un gran aliado para tu salud.<!--more--><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"western\"><a name=\"more-5531\"><\/a>Avena: mucho m\u00e1s que un desayuno saludable<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Siempre beneficiosa.<\/strong> Los copos de avena son b\u00e1sicamente un <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"slider-5542 slide-5536 alignright\" title=\"avena\" draggable=\"false\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sport-tiedje.de\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/rye-918965_1280.jpg\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.sport-tiedje.de\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/rye-918965_1280.jpg 600w, https:\/\/www.sport-tiedje.de\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/rye-918965_1280-300x225.jpg 300w\" alt=\"avena\" width=\"296\" height=\"222\" \/>alimento integral y constan siempre del germen del grano de avena, as\u00ed como del pericarpio, que contiene fibra muy saludable.<br \/>\nLo bueno es que estas virtudes se mantienen incluso cuando se calienta o se cuece.<\/li>\n<li><strong>La avena es una excelente fuente de biotina y silicio.<\/strong> En s\u00f3lo 40 gr de copos de avena hay 7,8 mg de biotina, lo que supone un cuarto de la dosis diaria recomendada. La biotina y el silicio hacen que puedas lucir un bonito pelo y unas u\u00f1as fuertes. Asimismo, mantienen la salud del tejido conjuntivo y fomentan una piel tersa y firme.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Este cereal aporta el doble de hierro que la carne.<\/strong> Tan s\u00f3lo el mijo, un pseudocereal, supera a la avena en contenido de hierro. El cuerpo humano necesita hierro no s\u00f3lo para la formaci\u00f3n de c\u00e9lulas, sino sobre todo para la respiraci\u00f3n celular y el transporte de ox\u00edgeno vital por todo el cuerpo.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Contiene mucha fibra<\/strong> (\u00a1saciante!), con una composici\u00f3n muy equilibrada del 50% de fibras solubles y otro 50% de fibras insolubles. La fibra soluble se encarga, entre otros, de mantener una flora intestinal saludable, mientras que la insoluble puede reducir el nivel de colesterol en sangre, disminuyendo as\u00ed el riesgo de sufrir infartos de miocardio o de c\u00e1lculos biliares.<\/li>\n<li><strong>No es un producto 100% libre de gluten, sino bajo en gluten.<\/strong> Por ello resulta una buena alternativa a los cereales ricos en gluten, como el trigo, el centeno o la espelta, para personas sensibles a esta prote\u00edna.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2 class=\"western\">Recetas fitness con avena<\/h2>\n<p>\u00bfTienes un hambre atroz? Prep\u00e1rate tu propia barrita de muesli de una forma muy sencilla y saludable:<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"western\">Barrita saludable de muesli con avena<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Ingredientes:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>75 gr de copos de avena<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright wp-image-5535 size-medium\" title=\"copos de avena\" src=\"http:\/\/www.sport-tiedje.de\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/oats-701299_1280-300x220.jpg\" alt=\"copos de avena\" width=\"300\" height=\"220\" \/><br \/>\n25 gr de almendras<br \/>\n26 gr de avellanas<br \/>\n25 gr de pipas de girasol<br \/>\n100 gr de ciruelas pasas<br \/>\n75 gr de harina<br \/>\n50 gr de uvas pasas<\/p>\n<p>1 manzana pelada<br \/>\n2 cucharada de miel<br \/>\n1 pizca de sal<\/p>\n<p>Picar las almendras, avellanas, pipas de girasol, ciruelas pasas, uvas pasas, manzana y copos de avena en la picadora. A continuaci\u00f3n a\u00f1adir el resto de ingredientes y amasar.<\/p>\n<p>Extender la masa sobre una bandeja con papel de horno y hornear durante media hora a 180\u00baC (con ventilador). Despu\u00e9s, en caliente, trocear las barritas y dejar que se enfr\u00eden.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"western\">Postre de avena bajo en carbohidratos &#8211; \u00a1delicioso!<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Ingredientes:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>50 gr de copos de avena<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright wp-image-5537 size-medium\" title=\"avena con ar\u00e1ndanos\" src=\"http:\/\/www.sport-tiedje.de\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/blueberries-531209_1280-300x200.jpg\" alt=\"avena con ar\u00e1ndanos\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\" \/><br \/>\n250 ml de leche<br \/>\n1 cucharada de queso de untar<br \/>\n2 cucharada de quark magro<br \/>\nun poco de miel o edulcorante l\u00edquido<br \/>\nuna pizca de aroma de vainilla o vainilla natural<\/p>\n<p>Cocer los copos a fuego medio en la leche, hasta conseguir una especie de papilla. Cuando est\u00e9 lista, a\u00f1adir el queso de untar y remover. A continuaci\u00f3n a\u00f1adir tambi\u00e9n el quark.
