Ya es momento de dejar de lado la pereza invernal, activarte y comenzar la primavera poni\u00e9ndote en forma. Lo importante es que despu\u00e9s de una pausa (invernal), te reincorpores poco a poco a tu entrenamiento.<br \/>\nNo importa el tipo de deporte que practiques. Por ejemplo: 2 minutos caminando, 1 minuto corriendo, 2 minutos caminando, 1 minuto corriendo, etc. As\u00ed se intercalan fases de mayor y menor intensidad. Tambi\u00e9n puede emplear este patr\u00f3n en otros aparatos de entrenamiento <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fitshop.es\/cardio\">cardio<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Control de la frecuencia card\u00edaca con un puls\u00f3metro<\/strong> <strong>.<\/strong> La frecuencia card\u00edaca es un medio objetivo para controlar la intensidad. Con un <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fitshop.es\/pulsometros\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">reloj deportivo<\/a> puedes determinar y registrar el pulso durante tu entrenamiento.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Evitar las agujetas.<\/strong> Tu objetivo de entrenamiento no deber\u00eda ser tener <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fitshop.es\/blog\/5-vias-rapidas-para-reducir-tus-agujetas\/\">agujetas<\/a>. Las agujetas son consecuencia de una intensidad demasiado alta.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Integra suficientes pausas.<\/strong> Si despu\u00e9s de un d\u00eda de pausa sigues teniendo pesadez en las piernas, es mejor hacer otro d\u00eda de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fitshop.es\/blog\/recuperacion-optima-entrenamiento\/\">pausa<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Mejor demasiado poco que sobrecargar.<\/strong> Si a las pocas horas de tu sesi\u00f3n de entrenamiento tienes la sensaci\u00f3n de poder volver a empezar, esa era la intensidad adecuada. Antes del entrenamiento tienes que tener ganas de empezar con la actividad.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Presta atenci\u00f3n a las se\u00f1ales de tu propio cuerpo.<\/strong> Molestias, contracturas y cansancio son se\u00f1ales que indican que la regeneraci\u00f3n no ha sido a\u00fan suficiente o de que la intensidad ha sido<br \/>\ndemasiado alta.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Entrena con variedad.<\/strong> Intenta ponerle a tu cuerpo distintos est\u00edmulos de entrenamiento.
