La m\u00fasica tiene un efecto estimulante y te distrae del esfuerzo que supone el deporte. La pulsaci\u00f3n adecuada ya se usaba en la antig\u00fcedad para aportarle al movimiento el ritmo deseado. Por ejemplo, en las galeras romanas los tambores marcaban el ritmo de las remadas.<!--more-->La diversi\u00f3n que aporta la m\u00fasica mientras haces cualquier actividad, puede suponer un medio para aumentar la motivaci\u00f3n y el rendimiento durante el deporte. La banda sonora perfecta puede hacer que los deportistas se sientan menos estresados durante el entrenamiento, mejorando as\u00ed su rendimiento.<\/p>\n<p>Los expertos se\u00f1alan as\u00ed que la m\u00fasica es un medio de dopaje legal para deportistas. En un estudio, investigadores estadounidenses analizaron los efectos que tiene la m\u00fasica sobre la intensidad al entrenar, siendo el resultado un incremento de la resistencia de hasta un 15%.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"western\">\u00a1M\u00fasica como medio de apoyo al entrenamiento!<\/h3>\n<p>Como tendemos a adaptar nuestros movimientos al ritmo de la m\u00fasica, tiene mucho sentido seleccionar la m\u00fasica para la sesi\u00f3n con el n\u00famero adecuado de pulsaciones por minuto, seg\u00fan el objetivo de entrenamiento. Si una canci\u00f3n cuenta con el ritmo adecuado (Pulsaciones Por Minuto), es m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil moverse de forma sincronizada.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"attachment-post-thumbnail wp-post-image alignleft\" title=\"m\u00fasica en el deporte\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sport-tiedje.de\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/02\/Musik-beim-Sport.jpg\" alt=\"m\u00fasica en el deporte\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\" \/>De forma autom\u00e1tica, intentamos adaptar nuestros pasos o pedaladas al ritmo. Cuanto mayor sea el ratio de PPM, m\u00e1s r\u00e1pido e intensivo ser\u00e1 el entrenamiento. La pulsaci\u00f3n correcta puede motivarte a realizar un mayor esfuerzo.<\/p>\n<p>Ya que un ritmo r\u00e1pido puede suponer que el nivel de agotamiento sea mayor, esto significa que tambi\u00e9n puede provocar una frecuencia card\u00edaca m\u00e1s alta.
