Sin embargo, tambi\u00e9n existen m\u00e9todos menos ortodoxos: \u00a1decir tacos! Cient\u00edficos de la Keele University de Inglaterra han descubierto, que maldecir al practicar deporte puede aumentar la resistencia y fortalecer los m\u00fasculos. En los experimentos se comprob\u00f3 que decir palabrotas aumentaba el rendimiento de forma considerable.<!--more--><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"western\">2 pruebas: con y sin palabrotas<\/h2>\n<p>Para el estudio se llevaron a cabo dos experimentos. En la primera prueba, dos grupos ten\u00edan que realizar un entrenamiento breve e intensivo con el <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fitshop.es\/bicicletas-ergometricas\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">erg\u00f3metro<\/a>. El segundo test se trat\u00f3 de una prueba de fuerza isom\u00e9trica de agarre. Las pruebas las realizaron un grupo maldiciendo, y el otro sin decir nada. En ambos tests, los \u00abtacos\u00bb mejoraron el rendimiento deportivo. En la prueba con el erg\u00f3metro mostraron una mejor resistencia, mientras que en la prueba de agarre, mostraron mayor <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fitshop.es\/entrenamiento-fuerza-de-agarre\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">fuerza (de agarre)<\/a>. El estudio tambi\u00e9n realiz\u00f3 una contraprueba: cuando los participantes empleaban palabras \u00abnormales\u00bb en lugar de palabrotas, el rendimiento no aumentaba.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"western\">Decir tacos aumenta el l\u00edmite de dolor<\/h2>\n<p>El experimento se bas\u00f3 en un estudio anterior de la Keele University, que demostr\u00f3 que el maldecir aumentaba la tolerancia humana del dolor. En dicha prueba, dos grupos de participantes ten\u00edan que mantener las manos en agua helada. Aquellos que echaron sapos y culebras por la boca, pudieron aguantar por lo general m\u00e1s tiempo. Probablemente esto tenga que ver con el hecho de que maldecir estimula el llamado sistema nervioso simp\u00e1tico (SNS). Este sistema es el que aumenta el ritmo card\u00edaco cuando estamos en peligro. Y seguro que esto lo ha experimentado m\u00e1s de una persona en nuestro d\u00eda a d\u00eda. Cuando nos damos un golpe en el dedo con el martillo o golpeamos la pata de la cama con el me\u00f1ique del pie, solemos gritar para aguantar mejor el dolor.<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan estos resultados, los cient\u00edficos sospecharon que los humanos no s\u00f3lo pueden tolerar mejor el dolor mediante las palabrotas, sino que tambi\u00e9n pod\u00edan aumentar su fuerza. Y esto es exactamente lo que concluye el experimento realizado. En el \u00abestudio de los tacos\u00bb, eso s\u00ed, los participantes que maldijeron no mostraron un ritmo card\u00edaco aumentado, en comparaci\u00f3n al grupo \u00abm\u00e1s educado\u00bb. Ahora queda seguir investigando por qu\u00e9 las palabrotas mejoran el rendimiento deportivo.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"western\">\u00bfFrustraci\u00f3n cotidiana? \u00a1A practicar deporte!<\/h2>\n<h2 class=\"western\"><\/h2>\n<p>Y es que tambi\u00e9n est\u00e1 demostrado cient\u00edficamente, que al practicar deporte eliminamos la sensaci\u00f3n de frustraci\u00f3n.
