El 4 de mayo (\u00abMay the fourth\u00bb), fue el d\u00eda internacional de la saga. Y aunque nos hemos enterado un poco tarde, no quer\u00edamos dejar pasar esta ocasi\u00f3n. Bas\u00e1ndonos en la frase m\u00e1s famosa de las pel\u00edculas (\u00abQue la fuerza te acompa\u00f1e\u00bb), nuestros compa\u00f1eros Nele y Ole han estado pensando c\u00f3mo podr\u00edamos hacer referencia al d\u00eda de los caballeros Jedi, las espadas l\u00e1ser y la Orden Sith.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Y tras darle un par de vueltas, han ca\u00eddo en nuestra estaci\u00f3n de fuerza <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fitshop.es\/estacion-de-gimnasia-ultraforce-de-taurus-tf-uf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Taurus Ultra Force<\/a>. Con ello, a partir de ahora, en Fitshop diremos aquello de&#8230; \u00a1que la Ultra Force te acompa\u00f1e! Para ello, te hemos preparado una sesi\u00f3n de entrenamiento \u00abStar Wars\u00bb con 7 ejercicios gal\u00e1cticos, cuyos nombres provienen de los distintos personajes creados por George Lucas. Y al final, tambi\u00e9n tenemos una peque\u00f1a sorpresa preparada para ti. \u00a1No te la pierdas!<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"western\"><a name=\"more-14002\"><\/a>#1 Flywalkers<\/h2>\n<p>Si deseas manejar la espada l\u00e1ser de forma tan elegante como Luke Skywalker, te presentamos los Flywalkers. Con este ejercicio entrenar\u00e1s tu musculatura pectoral y podr\u00e1s prepararte para la pr\u00f3xima batalla.<\/p>\n<p>Para comenzar, debes sujetar ambos agarres y llevarlos hacia adelante, frente al pecho. Lo importante es realizar un proceso de movimiento controlado y sentarse de manera erguida. El nombre lo tomamos del piloto Poe Dameron. Aquellas personas que se pasan el d\u00eda sentadas en el espacio, seguro que algo de entrenamiento para la espalda le viene fenomenal.<\/p>\n<p>Se comienza sujetando la barra con un agarre ancho, y llev\u00e1ndola hacia el pecho. Los codos deben permanecer pegados al cuerpo. Pero sobre todo, son muy fuertes. Hasta en el universo Star Wars se cumple: la fuerza en los brazos es muy importante.<\/p>\n<p>Debes situarte en una posici\u00f3n firme frente a la estaci\u00f3n de fuerza y llevar el peso hacia arriba y hacia abajo con la flexi\u00f3n del brazo. Con este ejercicio har\u00e1s que tus tr\u00edceps exploten.<\/p>\n<p>Como siempre, postura erguida y tensi\u00f3n. Coloca los codos cerca del cuerpo y lleva la barra hacia abajo. Quien quiera tener un cuerpo de acero, como nuestro peque\u00f1o amigo, necesita una espalda fuerte.<\/p>\n<p>Piernas en \u00e1ngulo, espalda recta y agarre al abdomen. La verdad es que el personaje Boba Fett no tiene mucho que ver con piernas entrenadas. Pero suena bien, \u00bfno?<\/p>\n<p>Si\u00e9ntate en el banco y coloca tus piernas en posici\u00f3n. Suj\u00e9tate a los agarres y eleva lentamente el paso desde la posici\u00f3n inicial hasta la posici\u00f3n final.
