Como te cont\u00e1bamos en nuestro art\u00edculo <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fitshop.es\/blog\/planificacion-entrenamiento\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">\u00abPlanificaci\u00f3n efectiva: m\u00e9todos de entrenamiento\u00bb<\/a>, para mejorar tu resistencia debes aplicar distintos m\u00e9todos de entrenamiento. Hoy queremos darte una informaci\u00f3n algo m\u00e1s detalla del entrenamiento por intervalos en el deporte cardio. Pues quien quiera mejorar su velocidad, no puede dejar de lado un entrenamiento por intervalos.<!--more--><\/p>\n<h5 class=\"western\">Entrenar la resistencia de base de forma espec\u00edfica mediante intervalos anaer\u00f3bicos<\/h5>\n<p>Bajo el entrenamiento por intervalos se entiende el intercalado sistem\u00e1tico de fases de carga y recuperaci\u00f3n. Los intervalos pueden ser breves y de alta intensidad o m\u00e1s largos y de menor intensidad. \u00c9stos se pueden definir en tiempo o en distancia. Lo importante es que te mantengas en movimiento al cambiar entre las fases. La palabra clave es la recuperaci\u00f3n activa. \u00c9sta conduce a que el cuerpo aprenda a recuperarse m\u00e1s r\u00e1pidamente de las cargas.<\/p>\n<p>Si entrenas siempre al mismo ritmo (m\u00e9todo continuo) en alg\u00fan momento llegar\u00e1s al l\u00edmite. Para aumentar el ritmo, se debe abandonar constantemente la zona de confort durante el entrenamiento. Al sobrepasar la zona de confort, el cuerpo aprende a adaptarse. As\u00ed, crea una reserva para poder resistir el pr\u00f3ximo est\u00edmulo de entrenamiento.<\/p>\n<h5 class=\"western\">Si deseas ser m\u00e1s r\u00e1pido, debes variar tu velocidad.<\/h5>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright wp-image-5919 size-medium\" title=\"Intervalos en el deporte cardio\" src=\"http:\/\/www.sport-tiedje.de\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/startblock-300x210.jpg\" alt=\"Intervalos en el deporte cardio\" width=\"300\" height=\"210\" \/>Antes no se consideraba el uso de m\u00e9todos de entrenamiento por intervalos en la fase de la resistencia de base. <strong>Pero actualmente esto ha cambiado.<\/strong> Incluso el desarrollo de la resistencia de base ha dejado de realizarse s\u00f3lo mediante el m\u00e9todo continuo (extenso y de baja intensidad). El entrenamiento por intervalos puede planificarse para todo el a\u00f1o.<br \/>\nLo \u00fanico que se debe tener en cuenta son las fases de regeneraci\u00f3n m\u00e1s prolongadas despu\u00e9s de sesiones intensivas, si las comparamos con las sesiones extensivas m\u00e1s suaves.<\/p>\n<h5 class=\"western\">En contra de lo que se pensaba anteriormente, mediante el entrenamiento intensivo tambi\u00e9n se puede entrenar la capacidad de rendimiento en resistencia.<\/h5>\n<p>El entrenamiento por intervalos tampoco puede sustituir por completo al entrenamiento de la resistencia base (m\u00e9todo continuo). Si quieres tener un buen rendimiento en resistencia, tambi\u00e9n tienes que realizar sesiones de entrenamiento prolongadas y sumar kil\u00f3metros de entrenamiento. Sin embargo, el entrenamiento por intervalos es un excelente complemento y deber\u00eda integrarse en cualquier planificaci\u00f3n de entrenamiento a largo plazo. Los intervalos siempre deben planificarse en funci\u00f3n de la pista de carreras prevista. <strong>Cuanto m\u00e1s largo sea el tramo, m\u00e1s largos y lentos deben ser los intervalos.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a1La clave est\u00e1 en la mezcla!<\/strong> Por ese motivo es tan importante contar con una planificaci\u00f3n estructurada del entrenamiento, teniendo en cuenta las propias necesidades corporales.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.fitshop.es\/cardio\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Aqu\u00ed<\/a> encontrar\u00e1s los aparatos ideales para tu entrenamiento.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Siempre es buen momento para trabajar la resistencia de base de cada cual.
