Por ejemplo, la mayor\u00eda de casos de hipertensi\u00f3n, que pueden derivar en infartos de miocardio, suelen tener mucho que ver con una mala alimentaci\u00f3n y muy poca actividad f\u00edsica. El coraz\u00f3n se ve perjudicado sobre todo por comidas demasiado grasas, con mucha sal o por alimentos extremadamente cal\u00f3ricos. Sobre todo en el caso de los productos industriales suelen esconderse ingredientes que propician las enfermedades de la civilizaci\u00f3n. Y es que estos productos se alejan bastante de una alimentaci\u00f3n natural.<\/p>\n<p>El alto contenido en sal, que en grandes cantidades se emplea como potenciador de sabor, as\u00ed como el az\u00facar refinado, los productos con harinas blancas refinadas, los aromas artificiales o los conservantes, tienen un efecto negativo sobre el coraz\u00f3n y sobre todo el organismo. Una alimentaci\u00f3n equilibrada, para gozar de una buena salud card\u00edaca, debe contener por lo contrario m\u00e1s productos frescos. Y cuando te deshagas de la dependencia que general la sal y el az\u00facar, te dar\u00e1s cuenta de que la verdura sabe mejor cuando no tiene tanta sal.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"western\">Grasa saludable en la alimentaci\u00f3n para el coraz\u00f3n<\/h2>\n<p>Cuando hablamos de que no se deben comer alimentos demasiado grasos, se suele hablar de las (demasiadas) grasas \u00abmalas\u00bb. Sin embargo, se debe ingerir cierta cantidad de l\u00edpidos. Sin embargo, estos productos no pueden faltar en tu plan de alimentaci\u00f3n. Estos ricos alimentos cuentan con numerosos componentes cardiosaludables.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Aceites vegetales con \u00e1cido linoleico<\/b>. Este componente es importante para que el coraz\u00f3n se mantenga sano y el\u00e1stico.<\/li>\n<li>Los <b>tomates<\/b> tienen un efecto purificador de la sangre y contienen adem\u00e1s mucha vitamina K.<\/li>\n<li>La <b>avena<\/b> cuenta por un lado con una gran cantidad de fibra soluble y por otro lado est\u00e1 indicada para reducir el nivel de colesterol.<\/li>\n<li>Los <b>aguacates<\/b> son aut\u00e9nticos todoterrenos que disminuyen el nivel de colesterol del cuerpo y pueden evitar obstrucciones en las arterias.<\/li>\n<li>La <b>soja<\/b> aporta mucha prote\u00edna y es un excelente sustituto de la carne roja.<\/li>\n<li>El <b>salm\u00f3n<\/b>, debido a su alto contenido en \u00e1cidos grasos Omega-3, est\u00e1 indicado para disminuir la presi\u00f3n arterial.
