Act\u00faa frente al cansancio y mejora la atenci\u00f3n, la capacidad de reacci\u00f3n, la concentraci\u00f3n, el impulso y el estado de \u00e1nimo.<\/p>\n<p>De hecho, este estimulante se incluy\u00f3 durante mucho tiempo en la lista de dopaje. El valor l\u00edmite de esta sustancia en orina era de 12 microgramos por mililitro. As\u00ed, bastaba que los deportistas se tomaran 4-5 tazas de caf\u00e9 para dar positivo. Esta alta concentraci\u00f3n en los alimentos de consumo diario tambi\u00e9n es uno de los motivos por los que esta sustancia ha sido eliminada de dicho listado.<\/p>\n<p>Hay diversos estudios en los que se ha podido probar que este alcaloida tiene un efecto de aumento de rendimiento al afrontar cargas de resistencia. Adem\u00e1s tambi\u00e9n se ha comprobado un aumento de la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.taurus-fitness.es\/Taurus-Strength\">fuerza muscular<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"western\">Aumento del rendimiento con cafe\u00edna: dosis y tiempos<\/h3>\n<p>Los tiempos a la hora de ingerir cafe\u00edna son especialmente decisivos. Se recomienda la ingesta aproximadamente una hora antes del entrenamiento o la competici\u00f3n. A los 30-75 minutos despu\u00e9s de haberla ingerido se alcanza el nivel m\u00e1s alto en sangre. Unas 4-5 horas despu\u00e9s la cafe\u00edna habr\u00e1 desaparecido del organismo. Esto significa, se metaboliza y se elimina a trav\u00e9s de la orina.<\/p>\n<p>Quienes toman caf\u00e9 o cola de forma regular y abundante, deber\u00edan disminuir el consumo de cafe\u00edna durante una o dos semanas antes de la competici\u00f3n para lograr el efecto deseado, para eliminar as\u00ed la costumbre del cuerpo. Cuanta menos se consuma en el d\u00eda a d\u00eda, mayor ser\u00e1 el efecto de la misma en el entrenamiento y la competici\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>En relaci\u00f3n con la actividad deportiva, esta sustancia debe estar dosificada de manera precisa, ya que una dosis demasiado alta puede perjudicar a la capacidad de rendimiento.<\/p>\n<p>Qu\u00e9 dosis funciona mejor en qu\u00e9 momento se deber\u00e1 probar\u00a0 necesariamente en el entrenamiento. Las recomendaciones tienden a ir hacia los 3-6 mg por kg de peso corporal. Aunque varios estudios detectaron un efecto de incremento en el rendimiento ya con dosis por debajo de los 3 mg por kg de peso corporal.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"western\">Aumento del rendimiento con cafe\u00edna: \u00bfQu\u00e9 se debe tener en cuenta?<\/h3>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-4133 size-medium\" title=\"Aumento del rendimiento gracias a la cafe\u00edna\" src=\"http:\/\/www.sport-tiedje.de\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/Fotolia_26789188_M-300x200.jpg\" alt=\"Aumento del rendimiento gracias a la cafe\u00edna\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-4133\" \/>Sin embargo, la cafe\u00edna no est\u00e1 indicada para el aumento de rendimiento de cualquier deportista. Algunas personas no soportan bien la cafe\u00edna en el deporte y suelen sufrir p.ej. de problemas estomacales.<\/p>\n<p>La cafe\u00edna, sobre todo en altas dosis, puede tener los siguientes efectos secundarios: nerviosismo, insomnio, temblor muscular, taquicardias, deshidrataci\u00f3n y problemas estomacales.<\/p>\n<p>Ya que el cuerpo no absorbe de forma \u00f3ptima la cafe\u00edna en su forma natural, tambi\u00e9n se pueden emplear complementos alimenticios que contengan la dosis adecuada de cafe\u00edna.
