Al entrenar as\u00ed, la carrera realizada en un entorno controlado ofrece muchas ventajas. Todos los factores importantes para el entrenamiento pueden controlarse hasta el m\u00e1s m\u00ednimo detalle. En este art\u00edculo te presentamos ocho consejos para organizar tu entrenamiento de carrera de forma \u00f3ptima.<!--more--><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"western\">4 consejos para el entrenamiento con la cinta de correr<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" id=\"productPic\" class=\"produkt_image alignright\" title=\"Cinta de Correr Life Fitness F1 Smart\" src=\"https:\/\/resources.sport-tiedje.com\/bilder\/lifefitness\/laufband\/f1-smart\/life-fitness-f1-smart-fold-05_600.jpg\" alt=\"Cinta de Correr Life Fitness F1 Smart\" width=\"262\" height=\"262\" \/>Como en una <a href=\"https:\/\/www.taurus-fitness.es\/cintas-de-correr\">cinta de correr<\/a> falta la resistencia, se debe emplear la misma con al menos con una ligera inclinaci\u00f3n. Lamentablemente a\u00fan no existen resultados exactos de estudios que indiquen qu\u00e9 inclinaci\u00f3n se equipara a dicha resistencia. Las recomendaciones m\u00e1s habituales sit\u00faan dicha inclinaci\u00f3n entre el 1-2%. Ya s\u00f3lo con esta m\u00ednima inclinaci\u00f3n se estar\u00e1 simulando en la cinta de correr la resistencia faltante. Una ligera inclinaci\u00f3n beneficia adem\u00e1s el comportamiento de pisada natural de las almohadillas de los pies.<\/li>\n<li>Muchas <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cardiostrong.es\/cintas-de-correr\">cintas de correr<\/a> cuentan con una funci\u00f3n para entrenar seg\u00fan la zona de frecuencia card\u00edaca deseada. Seg\u00fan cu\u00e1l sea la zona de entrenamiento elegida, la cinta de correr controla el ritmo de modo que la frecuencia card\u00edaca siempre se mantenga en la zona deseada.<\/li>\n<li>Calentamiento y enfriamiento lento. Muchas cintas de correr integran una fase autom\u00e1tica de calentamiento y enfriamiento en el entrenamiento. Una vez los intervalos est\u00e1n programados, puedes despreocuparte y concentrarte simplemente en el ritmo. Correr al ritmo adecuado evita que corras demasiado r\u00e1pido en las carreras lentas y prolongadas. Adem\u00e1s no podr\u00e1s enga\u00f1ar al ritmo en las sesiones m\u00e1s r\u00e1pidas, corriendo m\u00e1s despacio.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>&#8230; y otros 4 consejos m\u00e1s<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Pasa del invierno en tu cinta de correr: las condiciones de carrera se pueden ajustar perfectamente en una sala de entrenamiento. La cinta de correr siempre mantendr\u00e1 la velocidad establecida, incluso cuando tus fuerzas empiecen a flaquear. Por suerte, siempre tendr\u00e1s la opci\u00f3n de interrumpir el entrenamiento en cualquier momento si te has quedado sin energ\u00eda, sin tener que recorrer algunos kil\u00f3metros de vuelta a casa.<\/li>\n<li>El entrenamiento en este entorno controlado (en casa incluso puedes ajustar la temperatura ambiental) puede prevenir que sufras sobrecargas y lesiones. En una buena cinta de correr siempre contar\u00e1s con la amortiguaci\u00f3n \u00f3ptima bajo los pies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Si entrenas en la cinta de correr, siempre tendr\u00e1s el control absoluto sobre los distintos par\u00e1metros de entrenamiento. Podr\u00eda decirse que tu entrenamiento de carrera tendr\u00e1 lugar bajo condiciones de laboratorio.
