Por ello, no resulta sencillo definir el periodo y proceso exacto para la regeneraci\u00f3n despu\u00e9s de un esfuerzo f\u00edsico. Dependiendo del estado del rendimiento, la edad y la duraci\u00f3n e intensidad de la carga, los procesos de recuperaci\u00f3n corporales pueden durar hasta 72 horas (reservas de energ\u00eda, m\u00fasculos y sistema inmunitario).<\/p>\n<p>Las reservas de creatina (proveedoras de energ\u00eda) pueden recargarse en cuesti\u00f3n de minutos, mientras que el nivel de lactato y az\u00facar en sangre requiere de varias horas para normalizarse.<\/p>\n<p>Los \u00f3rganos humanos tambi\u00e9n siguen un cierto \u00absistema de regeneraci\u00f3n\u00bb y se recuperan en el siguiente orden: cerebro, coraz\u00f3n, musculatura e h\u00edgado.<\/p>\n<p>Entre las medidas para la regeneraci\u00f3n se diferencia entre activas y pasivas. Cu\u00e1l es mejor para cada deportista y para la carga realizada se debe decidir de modo individual.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Medidas activas<\/strong><\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>Ba\u00f1os con corrientes<\/li>\n<li>Gimnasia acu\u00e1tica<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.fitshop.es\/blog\/estiramiento-que-debes-saber\/\">Estiramiento<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Entrenamiento suave<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5><strong>Medidas pasivas<\/strong><\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.fitshop.es\/blog\/deporte-y-sueno\/\">Sue\u00f1o<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.fitshop.es\/blog\/regeneracion-profesional\/\">Sauna<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Ba\u00f1os<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.fitshop.es\/blog\/entrenamiento-ems-desarrollo-muscular\/\">Electroestimulaci\u00f3n (EMS)<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Masajes<\/li>\n<li>Calor y fr\u00edo<\/li>\n<li>Alimentaci\u00f3n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h6 class=\"western\"><b>En las medidas de regeneraci\u00f3n activas, la circulaci\u00f3n es seis veces superior en comparaci\u00f3n a las pasivas.<\/b><\/h6>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"attachment-post-thumbnail  wp-post-image alignright\" title=\"Regeneraci\u00f3n activa: Estiramiento\" src=\"https:\/\/www.fitshop.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/exercise-86200_1920-624x416.jpg\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 624px) 100vw, 624px\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.fitshop.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/exercise-86200_1920-624x416.jpg 624w, https:\/\/www.fitshop.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/exercise-86200_1920-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.fitshop.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/exercise-86200_1920-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.fitshop.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/exercise-86200_1920-1024x683.jpg 1024w\" alt=\"Regeneraci\u00f3n activa: Estiramiento\" width=\"278\" height=\"186\" \/>Mediante una regeneraci\u00f3n activa se mejora la circulaci\u00f3n y se acelera la eliminaci\u00f3n de metabolitos, como p.ej. lactato. El objetivo es realizar movimientos completos sin que aumente el peso sobre las articulaciones.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, con la regeneraci\u00f3n activa, tambi\u00e9n se activa la musculatura, mediante lo cual se activa una funci\u00f3n de bombeo. La tensi\u00f3n y relajaci\u00f3n intercaladas brindan variaciones de presi\u00f3n en el tejido conjuntivo. Asimismo se estimula el flujo linf\u00e1tico y se acelera el transporte de l\u00edquidos de los tejidos. Un ligero paseo en bicicleta y la gimnasia acu\u00e1tica son actividades excelentes para una recuperaci\u00f3n activa.<\/p>\n<p>Numerosos estudios han demostrado que un m\u00fasculo cansado se regenera antes al realizar una ligera actividad. Adem\u00e1s, dormir lo suficiente y una alimentaci\u00f3n equilibrada influir\u00e1n tambi\u00e9n de forma positiva en la regeneraci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<h6 class=\"western\"><b>Las personas que no emplean el tiempo suficiente para la regeneraci\u00f3n se arriesgan a sufrir lesiones por sobre carga y disminuci\u00f3n del rendimiento.<\/b><\/h6>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright wp-image-5845 size-medium\" title=\"regeneraci\u00f3n activa: entrenamiento miofascial\" src=\"http:\/\/www.sport-tiedje.de\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/faszientraining-300x207.jpg\" alt=\"regeneraci\u00f3n activa: entrenamiento miofascial\" width=\"300\" height=\"207\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-5845\" \/>Algunos deportistas ni se imaginan que pueden aumentar su rendimiento con algo que no sea el entrenamiento. Muchos cargan su cuerpo demasiado y se enfrentan a ciertos est\u00edmulos demasiado pronto o demasiado tarde despu\u00e9s de una carga previa.<\/p>\n<p>Una medida sencilla y excelente para la regeneraci\u00f3n es el <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fitshop.es\/blog\/rodillos-para-la-regeneracion\/\">entrenamiento de la fascia<\/a> (o entrenamiento miofascial).
