Por la noche y antes de dormir, tu cuerpo ya no requiere esa energ\u00eda, por lo que la mejor elecci\u00f3n para tu bienestar seria decantarse por las prote\u00ednas.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Como sabemos que no siempre es f\u00e1cil saber qu\u00e9 prepararte para cenar, aqu\u00ed te dejamos algunas ideas de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fitshop.es\/blog\/comida-rapida-pizza-de-atun-low-carb\/\">recetas bajas en carbohidratos<\/a>. Prueba a introducirlas en tu dieta, y ver\u00e1s que te levantas mejor por la ma\u00f1ana. Adem\u00e1s tambi\u00e9n te ayudar\u00e1 a reducir cierto volumen, por lo que podr\u00e1s volver a sacar del armario esos vaqueros que tanto te gustan, pero que ahora no te quedan del todo bien.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"western\">3 ricas recetas bajas en hidratos de carbono y ricas en prote\u00ednas<\/h2>\n<h3 class=\"western\">1. Hornearlo durante 20 minutos a 180\u00ba. A continuaci\u00f3n saca la masa del horno y unta la Cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche generosamente sobre ella. Repartir los taquitos de bacon y la cebolleta bien picada sobre la masa y volver a hornear durante 10 minutos m\u00e1s. \u00a1Listo!<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"western\">2. Estofado de pollo con queso de untar<\/h2>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"slider-5762 slide-5755 alignright\" title=\"pechuga de pollo\" draggable=\"false\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sport-tiedje.de\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/turkey-hen-569069_1920.jpg\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.sport-tiedje.de\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/turkey-hen-569069_1920.jpg 600w, https:\/\/www.sport-tiedje.de\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/turkey-hen-569069_1920-300x200.jpg 300w\" alt=\"pechuga de pollo\" width=\"244\" height=\"163\" \/>200 gr de tirabeques<br \/>\n300 gr de pechuga de pollo<br \/>\n250 gr de champi\u00f1ones<br \/>\n100 gr de cebolla roja<br \/>\n100 gr de queso de untar<br \/>\n20 gr de caldo deshidratado de pollo o verdura con 150 ml de agua<br \/>\n2 dientes de ajo<br \/>\nPimienta y sal<\/p>\n<p>Picar los tirabeques, los champi\u00f1ones, la cebolla y la pechuga de pollo. Saltear todo en una sart\u00e9n con algo de aceite de oliva, hasta que el pollo est\u00e9 dorado. A continuaci\u00f3n a\u00f1adir el caldo y cocer unos minutos. A\u00f1adir el queso de untar y salpimentar al gusto. Dejarlo al fuego otro par de minutos, hasta que conseguir la cremosidad deseada.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"western\">3. \u00abFrittata\u00bb con br\u00f3coli<\/h3>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"slider-5762 slide-5750 alignright\" title=\"Frittata\" draggable=\"false\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sport-tiedje.de\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/omelet-933514_1920.jpg\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.sport-tiedje.de\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/omelet-933514_1920.jpg 600w, https:\/\/www.sport-tiedje.de\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/omelet-933514_1920-300x200.jpg 300w\" alt=\"Frittata\" width=\"254\" height=\"169\" \/>1 br\u00f3coli<br \/>\n8 huevos<br \/>\n100 ml de leche<br \/>\n200 ml de nata de cocinar o crema ligera<br \/>\n50 gr de parmesano<br \/>\nNuez moscada<br \/>\nPimienta y sal<\/p>\n<p>Precalentar el horno a 180\u00b0C. Lavar el br\u00f3coli y separarlo en ramilletes. Pelar el tronco y cortarlo en finas l\u00e1minas. Batir los huevos con la leche y la nata, y salpimentar. A\u00f1adir una pizca de nuez moscada. Colocar el br\u00f3coli en una sart\u00e9n apta para el horno y a\u00f1adir la mezcla de huevo y nata. Hornear a 180\u00b0C con el ventilador durante 20-30 minutos.
