Pero por si a esas horas del d\u00eda ya no te quedan ganas de pensar, aqu\u00ed te traemos cuatro recetas m\u00e1s, para que puedas completar el men\u00fa semanal. Pelar la cebolleta y los ajos, y picarlos finamente. Lavar el pimiento y picarlo en dados. Partir el chile por la mitad, retirar las pipas y picarlo finamente. Picar el perejil. Mezclar en un bol los dados de tomate, cebolleta, ajo y pimiento con el perejil. Mezclar en una taza el aceite de oliva, el vinagre, el az\u00facar, el zumo de lima, pimienta y sal, y a\u00f1adir la mezcla a la ensalada. Dejar macerar unos 30 minutos. Lo puedes acompa\u00f1ar con carne o pescado a la plancha.<\/p>\n<h4 class=\"western\">M\u00e1s recetas #2 Tortilla con queso, tomate y albahaca<\/h4>\n<p>6 huevos<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"slider-5762 slide-5757 alignright\" title=\"Huevos\" draggable=\"false\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sport-tiedje.de\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/eggs-933399_1920.jpg\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.sport-tiedje.de\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/eggs-933399_1920.jpg 600w, https:\/\/www.sport-tiedje.de\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/eggs-933399_1920-300x140.jpg 300w\" alt=\"Huevos\" width=\"334\" height=\"156\" \/><br \/>\n2 tomates<br \/>\n30 gr de queso gouda<br \/>\n1 manojo de albahaca<br \/>\nAgua mineral con gas<br \/>\n30 gr de mantequilla<br \/>\nPimienta y sal<\/p>\n<p>Precalentar el horno a 160\u00b0C. Batir los huevos y mezclarlos en un bol grande con un chorro de agua con gas, sal y pimienta. Cortar los tomates en lonchas finas. Lavar la albahaca, secarla y cortarla en finas tiras. Rallar el gouda. Untar una sart\u00e9n resistente al horno con mantequilla y un chorrito de aceite, a\u00f1adir la mezcla y dejar reposar. Repartir las lonchas de tomate por la tortilla, a\u00f1adir el queso rallado y a continuaci\u00f3n meterlo todo durante unos 10 minutos en el horno precalentado. Si lo deseas, tambi\u00e9n puedes a\u00f1adirle a la tortilla unos dados de jam\u00f3n. Lavar los esp\u00e1rragos (pelarlos si fuera necesario) y retirarle las puntas inferiores. Cocerlos \u00abal dente\u00bb en abundante agua con sal, unos 8-10 minutos. Dorar el salm\u00f3n por ambos lados, e introducirlo durante unos 10 minutos en el horno precalentado. Lavar el eneldo y picarlo fino. Calentar la nata en una cazuela. Mezclar el eneldo, la mostaza y el zumo de 1\/2 lim\u00f3n con la nata. Salpimentar la mezcla. Colocar los esp\u00e1rragos y el salm\u00f3n en los platos y servir con la salsa de nata y eneldo.<\/p>\n<h4 class=\"western\">M\u00e1s recetas #4 Lasa\u00f1a de verdura y ternera<\/h4>\n<p>300 gr de carne de ternera picada<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"slider-5762 slide-5759 alignright\" title=\"Mozarella\" draggable=\"false\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sport-tiedje.de\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/mozarella-3521_640.jpg\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.sport-tiedje.de\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/mozarella-3521_640.jpg 600w, https:\/\/www.sport-tiedje.de\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/mozarella-3521_640-300x225.jpg 300w\" alt=\"Mozarella\" width=\"247\" height=\"185\" \/><br \/>\n200 gr de mozarella rallada<br \/>\nBerenjena (1)<br \/>\nCalabac\u00edn (1)<br \/>\nCebolla (1)<br \/>\nDiente de ajo (1)<br \/>\nTomate triturado<br \/>\n2 cucharadas de aceite de oliva<br \/>\nOr\u00e9gano<br \/>\nPimienta y sal<\/p>\n<p>Precalentar el horno a 180\u00b0C. Cortar la berenjena y el calabac\u00edn en lonchas finas, salarlas y dejar reposar unos 10 minutos. Picar la cebolla. Pelar el ajo y prensarlo con una prensa de ajos. Poner 1 cucharada de aceite en una sart\u00e9n y pochar la cebolla. A\u00f1adir la carne y dorar brevemente. A\u00f1adir el tomate triturado y ali\u00f1ar con sal, pimienta y ajo. Cocinar brevemente a fuego lento. Retirar la sal restante del calabac\u00edn y la berenjena. Poner 1 cucharada de aceite en una sart\u00e9n y dorar las lonchas de berenjena y calabac\u00edn.<\/p>\n<p>Colocar capas de calabac\u00edn, relleno y berenjena en una bandeja, hasta formar una lasa\u00f1a. La \u00faltima capa debe ser de carne picada, y se debe cubrir con queso mozarella.
