Por eso cada vez son m\u00e1s los que aprovechan esa pausa para convertirlo en tiempo de entrenamiento efectivo. Ya no se conforman con quedarse de pie o pegar saltitos de lado a lado, hasta que por fin el sem\u00e1foro se pone verde. Los corredores de las grandes ciudades ahora usan la fase roja del sem\u00e1foro para realizar una breve sesi\u00f3n de fuerza. Esto hace que el \u00abrunning\u00bb por la ciudad sea m\u00e1s variado. Y adem\u00e1s se queman muchas m\u00e1s calor\u00edas. El \u00fanico requisito: \u00a1tiene que darte exactamente igual lo que el resto piense de ti! Y es que no podr\u00e1s evitar que los dem\u00e1s transe\u00fantes te echen alguna mirada.<!--more--><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"western\">As\u00ed funciona el entrenamiento con el sem\u00e1foro en rojo<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright wp-image-9895 size-medium\" title=\"Entrenamiento sem\u00e1foro\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sport-tiedje.de\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/OM13591-200x300.jpg\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 200px) 100vw, 200px\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.sport-tiedje.de\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/OM13591-200x300.jpg 200w, https:\/\/www.sport-tiedje.de\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/OM13591-768x1151.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.sport-tiedje.de\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/OM13591-683x1024.jpg 683w, https:\/\/www.sport-tiedje.de\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/OM13591-624x935.jpg 624w\" alt=\"Entrenamiento sem\u00e1foro\" width=\"200\" height=\"300\"><\/h2>\n<p>En este tipo de entrenamiento se intercalan sesiones de carrera o sprints con breves sesiones de fuerza. Cuando nos encontramos un sem\u00e1foro en rojo, sencillamente realizaremos un par de zancadas o sentadillas. Si hubiera un banco o un muro cerca del sem\u00e1foro, tambi\u00e9n se pueden llevar a cabo p.ej. fondos de tr\u00edceps. Cuando veamos que el sem\u00e1foro va a cambiar de color, respiramos hondo, y al ponerse verde seguimos corriendo&#8230; hasta el pr\u00f3ximo sem\u00e1foro en rojo que nos encontremos. De esto tambi\u00e9n pueden surgir sesiones HIIT, intercalar sprints y ejercicios de fuerza, y aprovecharte del efecto \u00abafterburn\u00bb. Lo que hace que el entrenamiento sea tan emocionante: nunca se sabe el tiempo que estar\u00e1 el sem\u00e1foro en rojo.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"western\">El entrenamiento con el sem\u00e1foro en rojo&#8230; en coche<\/h2>\n<p>Para los conductores tambi\u00e9n hay una variante. Quien tenga que esperar frente a un sem\u00e1foro en rojo, podr\u00e1 emplear ese tiempo para realizar una breve sesi\u00f3n para el tren superior: s\u00f3lo hay que agarrarse fuertemente al volante y tensar cada m\u00fasculo del tren superior durante unos 15 segundos (o hasta que el sem\u00e1foro vuelva a ponerse verde). Yo lo he probado esta semana de camino al trabajo, y s\u00f3lo puedo decir que \u00a1siento cada uno de mis m\u00fasculos! En ese caso s\u00fabete a una <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fitshop.es\/cintas-de-correr\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">cinta de correr<\/a>. Al entrenar en casa, tambi\u00e9n podr\u00e1s introducir el uso de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fitshop.es\/pesas\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">pesas<\/a> para los ejercicios de fuerza. Adem\u00e1s, para una sesi\u00f3n de entrenamiento que combine la sesi\u00f3n de fuerza y de cardio, una <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fitshop.es\/remos\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">m\u00e1quina de remo<\/a> es perfecta.
