En este art\u00edculo encontrar\u00e1s todo lo que necesitas saber sobre los stepper y las bicicletas el\u00edpticas.<!--more--><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"western\"><a name=\"more-15731\"><\/a><strong>\u00bfCu\u00e1l es la diferencia entre estos dos aparatos?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<h3 class=\"western\"><strong>STEPPER<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>El proceso de movimiento de un stepper, que no debe confundirse con un <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fitshop.es\/step-board-taurus-tf-step\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Stepboard<\/a>, tiene lugar de arriba hacia abajo. Puedes imaginarte este movimiento como el de subir escaleras. Algunos steppers ofrecen adem\u00e1s la opci\u00f3n de realizar un movimiento lateral. De ese modo se reclaman todos los grupos musculares del tren inferior. Un stepper consta en la gran mayor\u00eda de casos de solo dos pedales. Esto significa que el movimiento recrea un \u00f3valo alargado. Es comparable al movimiento que realizas al caminar con fluidez. As\u00ed el proceso de movimiento en una el\u00edptica resulta m\u00e1s respetuoso con las articulaciones que en el caso del stepper. Se compone generalmente de dos pedales y cuenta con 2 cilindros hidr\u00e1ulicos para ofrecer la resistencia al realizar el movimiento. Este movimiento que va hacia arriba y hacia abajo es adecuado para entrenar el muslo y los gl\u00fateos.<\/p>\n<p>Algunos ministeppers disponen adem\u00e1s con barras de agarre para que puedas apoyarte durante el entrenamiento. Para que te hagas una idea, es como subir escaleras con un movimiento lateral hacia abajo.<\/p>\n<p>En el caso de los Side Stepper, tambi\u00e9n conocidos como Balance Stepper, los pedales est\u00e1n situados a los lados, a diferencia del ministepper. Con el <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.fitshop.es\/maquina-de-step-2-en-1-de-cardiostrong-cst-ass002\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">stepper cardiostrong 2 en 1<\/a><\/strong> se entrenan as\u00ed otros grupos musculares del tren inferior, como el muslo, los gl\u00fateos y las caderas. Al mantener el equilibrio, la musculatura del torso tambi\u00e9n se ve influida de forma positiva.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"western\"><strong>ULTRA TRAINER<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Un Ultra Trainer o una <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fitshop.es\/bowflex-elipticas\">Max Trainer<\/a> combinan el proceso de movimiento de un stepper con las ventajas de una bicicleta el\u00edptica. Entre otras ventajas, destacan sobre todo el entrenamiento de cuerpo completo de bajo impacto para las articulaciones. Gracias a los agarres, tambi\u00e9n se pueden entrenar de manera \u00f3ptima los brazos, hombros y espalda alta. Con ayuda de la resistencia por aire, la resistencia de entrenamiento es pr\u00e1cticamente ilimitada. Debido al tipo de estructura, la distancia entre pedales suele ser menor en el caso de las el\u00edpticas con volante delantero.<\/p>\n<p>Esto hace que el movimiento sea a\u00fan m\u00e1s parecido a correr o caminar. En algunos modelos incluso es posible realizar ajustes tambi\u00e9n en la altura.
