Aqu\u00ed te mostramos la t\u00e9cnica ideal para un \u00e9xito de entrenamiento asegurado.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p><a name=\"more-11021\"><\/a>Entrenamiento de cuerpo entero para un 90% de los m\u00fasculos del cuerpo; aumento efectivo de fuerza, resistencia, movilidad y coordinaci\u00f3n; consumo energ\u00e9tico notablemente mayor que al caminar&#8230; La marcha n\u00f3rdica o \u00abNordic Walking\u00bb te ofrece una serie de ventajas para llevar un estilo de vida saludable. Pero es importante tener una buena t\u00e9cnica. La coordinaci\u00f3n cruzada supone la conexi\u00f3n diagonal del brazo izquierdo con la pierna derecha, y viceversa. El ritmo adecuado se caracteriza por el movimiento simult\u00e1neo de bast\u00f3n y pie. Al principio, la coordinaci\u00f3n entre los pies y los bastones al practicar marcha n\u00f3rdica suele ser por lo general, digamos, sin\u00f3nimo de descoordinaci\u00f3n. La dificultad de acostumbrarse a ello, de todos modos, es tan grande como la tensi\u00f3n que sufren las articulaciones; vaya: m\u00ednima. Con estos cinco pasos alcanzar\u00e1s la t\u00e9cnica perfecta de marcha n\u00f3rdica:<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"western\">Paso 1: El tren superior (1a &amp; 1b)<\/h3>\n<p>Al practicar marcha n\u00f3rdica los ejes p\u00e9lvico y del hombro tienen que rotar. Dependiendo de la zancada y el balanceo del brazo, existir\u00e1 una intensidad distinta. La rotaci\u00f3n p\u00e9lvica tiene lugar mediante el impulso previo de la pierna. Los hombros rotan al adelantar los brazos. Mediante la coordinaci\u00f3n cruzada se activa la musculatura del tronco, algo de lo que se benefician los discos intervertebrales. As\u00ed se fortalecen todos los m\u00fasculos que participan en la estabilizaci\u00f3n de la columna vertebral. El tren superior se inclina levemente hacia adelante durante la realizaci\u00f3n del movimiento.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"western\">Paso 2: Los brazos (2a &amp; 2b)<\/h3>\n<p>Algo caracter\u00edstico de la marcha n\u00f3rdica es el movimiento din\u00e1mico de los brazos. \u00c9ste comienza en el hombro, desde donde adelantar\u00e1s tu brazo hacia adelante al extender el codo. Al extender el brazo, debe quedar ligeramente flexionado. Durante el movimiento inverso, conocido como \u00abretroversi\u00f3n\u00bb, esta flexi\u00f3n se fortalece ligeramente y termina detr\u00e1s del cuerpo con una extensi\u00f3n completa del brazo. La citada extensi\u00f3n al final de la retroversi\u00f3n pertenece a uno de los patrones de movimiento b\u00e1sicos de la marcha n\u00f3rdica.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"western\">Paso 3: Las manos (3a &amp; 3b)<\/h3>\n<p>Antes de que te aventures con tus bastones de marcha n\u00f3rdica, mant\u00e9n las manos bien sujetas a la empu\u00f1adura. Tus dedos deben agarrar la empu\u00f1adura de forma que puedas controlar el bast\u00f3n. Tan pronto como tus manos pasen por las caderas en el movimiento de vuelta, \u00e1brelas levemente. Hasta la posici\u00f3n final, hay que mantener las manos abiertas, de modo que la empu\u00f1adura se deslice por los dedos. A continuaci\u00f3n debes llevar el brazo hacia adelante desde el hombro, hasta que el bast\u00f3n vuelve a tocar el suelo. Tus manos deber\u00e1n sujetar nuevamente el bast\u00f3n firmemente en este momento. En el caso ideal, el punto de apoyo quedar\u00e1 directamente bajo el centro de gravedad corporal. El \u00e1ngulo del bast\u00f3n resulta autom\u00e1ticamente de la largura del bast\u00f3n adecuada y el punto de apoyo correcto, y deber\u00eda situarse entre los 60\u00ba y 70\u00ba. Desde esta posici\u00f3n, la fuerza ejercida conduce hacia una aceleraci\u00f3n \u00f3ptima.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"western\">Paso 5: Los pies (5a &amp; 5b)<\/h3>\n<p>La t\u00e9cnica correcta de los pies al practicar marcha n\u00f3rdica, viene dada por una zancada y un trabajo de pie id\u00f3neos. La zancada no debe ser demasiado grande y se debe ajustar al ritmo de marcha. Se diferencia de la zancada al caminar, en tanto que \u00e9sta \u00faltima es m\u00e1s corta. El pie se apoya con el tal\u00f3n y se va desenvolviendo hacia la parte media y finalmente hacia la almohadilla delantera del pie. La presi\u00f3n se realiza con la almohadilla del dedo gordo del pie.<\/p>\n<p>Ahora conoces todos los detalles para aprovechar al m\u00e1ximo tu pr\u00f3xima salida de marcha n\u00f3rdica.
