Pueden generar una resistencia cuando se emplean en ejercicios como curl de b\u00edceps, o disminuir el esfuerzo al realizar ejercicios como dominadas o dips. Con todos esos factores en mente, se puede decir con total seguridad que las bandas el\u00e1sticas de resistencia son realmente&#8230; \u00a1irresistibles! Por ello suelen ser parte del <a href=\"https:\/\/www.taurus-fitness.es\/entrenamiento-funcional\">entrenamiento funcional<\/a>. CURL DE B\u00cdCEPS<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Ejecuci\u00f3n<\/strong>: Ponte de pie sobre la banda de resistencia con ambos pies y sujeta la banda con las manos, teniendo ambas palmas mirando hacia adelante. Manteniendo tus codos cerca del torso, levanta lentamente tus manos hacia los hombros. Sujeta la banda el\u00e1stica de modo que las palmas de tus manos miren hacia ti. Eleva tus manos hacia el pecho con los codos hacia afuera. Mant\u00e9n la posici\u00f3n por un segundo y lentamente vuelve a la posici\u00f3n inicial.<\/p>\n<p><strong>M\u00fasculos trabajados: <\/strong>Musculatura de la espalda<\/p>\n<p><em>3 x 10 repeticiones<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h2 class=\"western\">3. PRESS DE HOMBROS<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Ejecuci\u00f3n: <\/strong>Sit\u00faate sobre tu banda de resistencia con los pies a la anchura de hombros. Sujeta la banda el\u00e1stica cerca del pecho con los codos pegados al cuerpo y las palmas de tus manos mirando hacia afuera. Contrae los m\u00fasculos de los hombros y el core, llevando la banda el\u00e1stica por encima de tu cabeza, hasta que tus brazos est\u00e9n estirados. EXTENSI\u00d3N DE TR\u00cdCEPS CON BANDAS DE RESISTENCIA<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Ejecuci\u00f3n: <\/strong>Sit\u00faa el pie izquierdo algo por delante del derecho, y coloca la banda de resistencia bajo tu pie derecho. Agarra el otro extremo de la banda el\u00e1stica circular con tu mano derecha y extiende el brazo, estirando la banda de resistencia por encima de tu cabeza. Lentamente baja tu mano derecha por la espalda, por detr\u00e1s de tu cabeza. Mant\u00e9n la posici\u00f3n por un segundo y lentamente vuelve a la posici\u00f3n inicial.<\/p>\n<p><strong>M\u00fasculos trabajados: <\/strong>Tr\u00edceps<\/p>\n<p><em>3 x 10 repeticiones<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h2 class=\"western\">5. EXTENSI\u00d3N DE TR\u00cdCEPS POR ENCIMA DE LA CABEZA<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Ejecuci\u00f3n: <\/strong>Sujeta una banda el\u00e1stica por detr\u00e1s de la espalda con tu mano izquierda. Tu codo izquierdo deber\u00e1 quedar en direcci\u00f3n al techo. Alcanza la banda de resistencia con la mano derecha desde el otro lado, por detr\u00e1s de la espalda. Mant\u00e9n el brazo de abajo estable y estira el brazo superior, llevando la banda de resistencia por encima de la cabeza.
