Ahora, vamos a relajarnos juntos.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"western\">Balasana (Postura del ni\u00f1o)<\/h3>\n<p>El Balasana, conocido tambi\u00e9n como \u00abpostura del ni\u00f1o\u00bb, es una postura de Yoga muy factible para principiantes, que puede calmar tu esp\u00edritu y disminuir el estr\u00e9s. No en vano, tanto el sistema nervioso, como el sistema linf\u00e1tico se benefician en la posici\u00f3n del ni\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Arrod\u00edllate a la anchura de cadera sobre tu esterilla de Yoga. La barbilla no debe tocar el pecho.<\/li>\n<li>Repita el movimiento gato-vaca con cada inspiraci\u00f3n y expiraci\u00f3n.
