El efecto de quema de grasa post-ejercicio puede durar hasta 48 horas despu\u00e9s de la sesi\u00f3n de entrenamiento. Si el balance de calor\u00edas es negativo, se metabolizar\u00e1 mucha grasa en la fase de recuperaci\u00f3n despu\u00e9s del entrenamiento.<\/p>\n<p>A la larga, ser\u00e1 decisivo un consumo cal\u00f3rico mayor y no la cantidad de grasa que se emplea para el suministro energ\u00e9tico durante el entrenamiento. Una alimentaci\u00f3n equilibrada y consciente ayuda a evitar un balance energ\u00e9tico positivo (que hace que ganes peso).<\/li>\n<li>Seguir una estrategia individual de p\u00e9rdida de peso. El metabolismo de cada persona sigue unos requisitos individuales, cuando se trata de alcanzar el peso deseado.
