Este ejercicio es una parte esencial de cualquier programa de peso corporal. Por ello deber\u00eda estar presente de vez en cuando en todo programa de entrenamiento de fuerza. Si realizas flexiones de manera correcta, entrenar\u00e1s fuerza, estabilidad y musculatura del tronco (core). Adem\u00e1s\u00a0 conseguir\u00e1s una mejor sensaci\u00f3n corporal. <!--more-->Al llevar a cabo una flexi\u00f3n limpia tendr\u00e1s que elevar aproximadamente un 65% de tu peso corporal, mientras todo el cuerpo se halla en tensi\u00f3n para mantener la posici\u00f3n. El ejercicio de flexiones lo puedes realizar en cualquier lugar, all\u00ed donde est\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>En caso de que en alg\u00fan momento tu propio peso no sea suficiente, puedes hacer f\u00e1cilmente que las flexiones sean m\u00e1s dif\u00edciles de realizar, p.ej. empleando un <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fitshop.es\/chaleco-lastrado-profesional-taurus-9kg-tb-9110\">chaleco lastrado<\/a> o pesas adicionales. Si eres capaz de realizar un gran n\u00famero de flexiones sin pausa, seguro que podr\u00e1s impresionar a m\u00e1s de un entusiasta del fitness. Una \u00abt\u00edpica\u00bb conversaci\u00f3n sobre flexiones ser\u00eda m\u00e1s o menos como sigue:<br \/>\n\u00abY bien, \u00bfcu\u00e1ntas flexiones puedes hacer sin parar?\u00bb -\u00ab80.\u00bb -\u00ab\u00a1Hala!\u00bb. Los dedos tienen que se\u00f1alar al frente.<\/li>\n<li>El \u00e1ngulo formado por el brazo y el torso ha de ser inferior a 45\u00ba.<\/li>\n<li>Los antebrazos permanecer\u00e1n siempre en vertical.<\/li>\n<li>El cuerpo tiene que estar estirado y en tensi\u00f3n. La cabeza, los hombros, las caderas, las rodillas y los pies deben formar una l\u00ednea recta. Los gl\u00fateos y las rodillas no se pueden hundir durante el ejercicio.<\/li>\n<li>Mientras se doblan los brazos, los codos no deben sobresalir hacia afuera.<\/li>\n<li>Coloca los pies a la anchura de las caderas.<\/li>\n<li>Los pies deben permanecer en \u00e1ngulo recto con respecto al suelo. \u00a1Mantente sobre las puntas de los pies! En esta posici\u00f3n los brazos tambi\u00e9n tienen que estar en horizontal.
