Como ya sabes, cada semana te propondremos un nuevo ejercicio para realizar en la oficina. Tras 10 semanas ser\u00e1s capaz de entrenar de manera variada incluso en el escritorio de tu oficina. Y todo ello sin grandes esfuerzos. Tan s\u00f3lo necesitar\u00e1s tu propio peso corporal y alg\u00fan que otro utensilio de escritorio. Y como la \u00faltima vez, nuestro compa\u00f1ero Tobi volver\u00e1 a ser nuestro modelo del d\u00eda.<!--more--><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"western\">2. Fortalecimiento de los pectorales<\/h2>\n<p>\u00abSaca pecho\u00bb y arriba esa cabeza&#8230; hoy los pectorales son los protagonistas. Un torso fuerte tambi\u00e9n es importante para el trabajo. Despu\u00e9s de explicarte brevemente la funci\u00f3n del m\u00fasculo pectoral, te mostraremos sencillos ejercicio de entrenamiento para la oficina. El m\u00fasculo pectoral o \u00abmusculus pectoralis\u00bb se divide en dos, El \u00abpectoralis minor\u00bb es m\u00e1s peque\u00f1o y se sit\u00faa en una zona m\u00e1s profunda, mientras que el \u00abpectoralis major\u00bb es m\u00e1s grande y superficial.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"western\">I. M. Pectoralis Minor<\/h3>\n<div id=\"attachment_6985\" style=\"width: 226px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-6985\" class=\"wp-image-6985\" title=\"M\u00fasculos pectorales - M. Se sit\u00faa bajo el \u00abpectoralis major\u00bb.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"western\">II. M. Pectoralis Major<\/h3>\n<div id=\"attachment_6986\" style=\"width: 233px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-6986\" class=\"wp-image-6986\" title=\"M\u00fasculos pectorales - M. Pectoralis Major\" width=\"223\" height=\"260\"><p id=\"caption-attachment-6986\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">M\u00fasculo pectoral mayor<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Este gran m\u00fasculo pectoral se encarga de mover los brazos hacia el cuerpo, de llevar los brazos hacia adelante, de la rotaci\u00f3n interna del brazo y de bajar los hombros.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_6999\" style=\"width: 210px\" class=\"wp-caption alignright\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-6999\" class=\"wp-image-6999 size-medium\" title=\"Entrenamiento m\u00fasculos pectorales - mayor\" src=\"http:\/\/www.sport-tiedje.de\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/OM8_6892-200x300.jpg\" alt=\"Entrenamiento m\u00fasculos pectorales - mayor\" width=\"200\" height=\"300\"><p id=\"caption-attachment-6999\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Palmas de las manos enfrentadas<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Quiz\u00e1 haya situaciones en el trabajo que necesiten el fortalecimiento de los pectorales, que puede ayudar a la respiraci\u00f3n y a eliminar la tensi\u00f3n. Si en estos momentos est\u00e1s sentado, qu\u00e9date as\u00ed. Aunque si lo prefieres, tambi\u00e9n puedes levantarte. Coloca ambas manos frente al pecho y haz fuerza enfrentando las palmas de las manos durante unos 15-20 segundos. Si quieres, puedes jugar con la altura de las manos para entrenar distintas partes del m\u00fasculo pectoral. Realiza tres repeticiones.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_6998\" style=\"width: 210px\" class=\"wp-caption alignleft\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-6998\" class=\"wp-image-6998 size-medium\" title=\"Entrenamiento musculatura pectoral\" src=\"http:\/\/www.sport-tiedje.de\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/OM8_6890-200x300.jpg\" alt=\"Entrenamiento musculatura pectoral\" width=\"200\" height=\"300\"><p id=\"caption-attachment-6998\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">M. pectoral &#8211; 15 o 20 segundos, 3 repeticiones<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Al entrenar el m\u00fasculo pectoral tambi\u00e9n es <strong>importante<\/strong> el entrenamiento de su contrario en la parte posterior, o realizar un estiramiento espec\u00edfico del m\u00fasculo pectoral. La musculatura del pecho tiende a contraerse, sobre todo cuando el tren superior muestra una postura de los brazos sobre el escritorio o frente al ordenador.
