Hacer una sentadilla profunda pod\u00eda suponer el fin del mundo para las rodillas. Por lo tanto, nada de cargar las rodillas. A d\u00eda de hoy al menos podemos volver a hacer sentadillas y bajo el lema \u00abSquats \u2013 Ass to the grass\u00bb (\u00absentadillas &#8211; el trasero a la hierba\u00bb), las sentadillas han ganado en popularidad entre los aficionados al fitness como uno de los ejercicios fitness m\u00e1s importantes con <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fitshop.es\/barras-largas-50mm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">barra larga<\/a>. Y todos deber\u00edamos ir un paso m\u00e1s all\u00e1 para mejorar la agilidad y la salud: \u00a1sentadillas profundas durante 5 minutos todos los d\u00edas!<!--more--><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"western\">Estar en cuclillas: algo mal visto durante mucho tiempo<\/h2>\n<p>Se trata de un movimiento totalmente natural. La asombrosa agilidad de los ni\u00f1os peque\u00f1os lo demuestra. En Oriente Pr\u00f3ximo, en la India y en el Lejano Oriente es habitual ver a las personas en esta posici\u00f3n durante espacios de tiempo prolongados. Y ello de forma voluntaria, para descansar. Muchas conversaciones en grupo se realizan as\u00ed, incluso suelen comer en esta posici\u00f3n. Y aunque no podamos estar 100% seguros, opinamos que el n\u00famero de personas que sufren de dolencias de rodilla y espalda debidas a la postura no es superior en estos pa\u00edses.<\/p>\n<p>En Europa preferimos estar sentados en una silla; todo el tiempo. Cuando empieza una reuni\u00f3n, enseguida tendemos a buscar una silla libre o, al menos, un lugar en el que poder sentarnos. Quiz\u00e1 esa comodidad es uno de los motivos por los que no conseguimos mantenernos en cuclillas de manera decente. Y ni hablemos de realizar sentadillas con peso. Al mismo tiempo, los profesionales del fitness no nos cansamos de enfatizar que las sentadillas con barra larga son uno de los ejercicios m\u00e1s efectivos que existen.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"western\">Los beneficios de una sentadilla profunda de 5 minutos<\/h2>\n<p>Partimos de la base de que este ejercicio puede ayudar en tres puntos:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Mejora la movilidad de los tobillos, rodillas y cadera: es como una especie de engrasado de las articulaciones oxidadas.<\/li>\n<li>Mediante una mejor tensi\u00f3n corporal se pueden evitar dolores de espalda.<\/li>\n<li>Ayuda o prepara para la realizaci\u00f3n de sentadillas correctas.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Si a\u00fan no eres muy deportista, seguro que al principio no te resulta f\u00e1cil permanecer durante 5 minutos en cuclillas. A algunos de nuestro equipo tambi\u00e9n les cost\u00f3 al principio. Pero con alg\u00fan que otro consejo y ciertas ayudas, se puede avanzar r\u00e1pidamente. Lo m\u00e1s sencillo es seguramente apoyarse ligeramente con un mano durante el ejercicio, p.ej. en una silla o una barandilla. Conseguir\u00e1s unos resultados \u00f3ptimos si incluyes variacionesde vez en cuando. Por ejemplo en la distancia entre los pies o la forma de ponerte en cuclillas. Por ejemplo alternando una sola sentadilla profunda, en la que los muslos est\u00e1n en tensi\u00f3n, y una sentadilla profunda pasiva, en la que lleves tu trasero pr\u00e1cticamente hasta el suelo.<\/p>\n<p><b>En cualquier caso, tienes que prestar atenci\u00f3n a que las puntas de las rodillas apenas sobresalgan con respecto a las puntas de tus pies.
