En este art\u00edculo te explicamos qu\u00e9 hace del <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fitshop.es\/musculacion\">entrenamiento de fuerza<\/a> un m\u00e9todo efectivo para reducir el porcentaje de grasa corporal.<\/p>\n<p><a name=\"more-11120\"><\/a>Nuestros m\u00fasculos son los responsables de los movimientos humanos y tambi\u00e9n de otras funciones b\u00e1sicas del cuerpo. Se denomina \u00abmasa muscular\u00bb a la masa activa, lo que significa que est\u00e1 unida a la circulaci\u00f3n sangu\u00ednea y mediante su funci\u00f3n consume nutrientes en forma de calor\u00edas. Por lo contrario, la grasa es una masa inactiva, que funciona como una reserva de energ\u00eda para el cuerpo.<\/p>\n<p>Los m\u00fasculos tienen que estar en movimiento para mantener su funci\u00f3n. Y para mantener y crecer, las c\u00e9lulas musculares necesitan energ\u00eda.<!--more--><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"western\">M\u00fasculos: con licencia para matar&#8230; \u00a1calor\u00edas!<\/h2>\n<p>1 kg de masa muscular consume en reposo unas 100 kcal en 24 horas. Por lo tanto, quien desarrolle 1 kg de m\u00fasculos, consumir\u00e1 unas 100 kcal m\u00e1s cada d\u00eda. Esto puede parecer poco en un primer momento, aunque con los a\u00f1os ir\u00e1 sumando muchos miles de calor\u00edas. As\u00ed pues, una mayor masa muscular quema m\u00e1s grasa. Para perder un kilo de grasa corporal, es necesario dejar de consumir 7000 kcal (o quemarlas de forma adicional). En tan s\u00f3lo 70 d\u00edas se alcanzar\u00edan as\u00ed las 7000 kcal necesarias con 1 kg de masa muscular adicional. Todo ello sin ning\u00fan tipo de actividad corporal.<\/p>\n<p>Por consiguiente, quien desee quemar grasa, deber\u00eda desarrollar su musculatura, poniendo atenci\u00f3n a conseguir un resultado negativo en la balanza energ\u00e9tica. Aunque tampoco se puede condenar a la grasa. Los l\u00edpidos suministran energ\u00eda con una alta densidad. Son parte fundamental para un cuerpo funcional y para el metabolismo lip\u00eddico. Por ello no es aconsejable prescindir de ellos de forma general. La grasa no necesariamente tiene por qu\u00e9 engordar. Aunque se deben consumir las grasas adecuadas, como p.ej. la del aceite de oliva o de los frutos secos.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"western\">Grasa vs. M\u00fasculo: un tema de volumen<\/h2>\n<div id=\"attachment_90\" style=\"width: 251px\" class=\"wp-caption alignright\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-90\" class=\"wp-image-90\" title=\"grasa y m\u00fasculo\" src=\"https:\/\/www.fitshop.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/07_Entrenamiento-de-fuerza_II-300x163.jpg\" alt=\"grasa y m\u00fasculo\" width=\"241\" height=\"131\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.fitshop.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/07_Entrenamiento-de-fuerza_II-300x163.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.fitshop.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/07_Entrenamiento-de-fuerza_II.jpg 624w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 241px) 100vw, 241px\" \/><p id=\"caption-attachment-90\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Grasa y m\u00fasculo: una historia de densidades&#8230;<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Perder peso o reducir el porcentaje de grasa corporal: quien reduzca su porcentaje de grasa corporal no tiene por qu\u00e9 perder peso necesariamente. Mediante el entrenamiento muscular la composici\u00f3n corporal sufre un cambio. El porcentaje de grasa corporal se reduce en favor de la masa muscular desarrollada. Los l\u00edpidos, siendo masa inactiva, ocupan un mayor volumen que la masa muscular activa.<\/p>\n<p>Si entrenas te sentir\u00e1s en mejor forma, podr\u00e1s abrocharte la hebilla del cintur\u00f3n m\u00e1s prieta y ver\u00e1s c\u00f3mo tu figura cambia, aunque la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fitshop.es\/monitores-de-composicion-corporal\">b\u00e1scula<\/a> no muestre grandes cambios. El peso puede mantenerse igual o incluso aumentar.
