Debido a que al remar se solicita un 80 % de la musculatura, esta actividad ofrece un entrenamiento cardio y de fuerza especialmente eficiente. Con nuestros cinco consejos, conseguir\u00e1s que tu entrenamiento con el banco de remo sea a\u00fan m\u00e1s eficaz.<!--more--><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"western\">Entrenamiento m\u00e1s efectivo con el remo: \u00a1T\u00fa decides c\u00f3mo de duro ser\u00e1 el entrenamiento!<\/h3>\n<p>Cuanto mayor sea tu fuerza de tracci\u00f3n, mayor ser\u00e1 la resistencia. Si tiras m\u00e1s fuerte del agarre del remo, aumenta la resistencia en paralelo a la fuerza que ejerces. Por lo tanto, cuanto m\u00e1s fuerte sea la remada, la recompensa del efecto de entrenamiento tambi\u00e9n ser\u00e1 mayor.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"western\">La distribuci\u00f3n de fuerza correcta: 60 \u2013 30 \u2013 10<\/h3>\n<p>Si remas con la t\u00e9cnica correcta, el 69% de la fuerza se debe realizar con las piernas, el 30% viene del tronco y s\u00f3lo el 10% de los brazos. Como al remar activas un gran n\u00famero de m\u00fasculos. en ocasiones es posible que tan s\u00f3lo remando, tu sesi\u00f3n de entrenamiento sea completa. En la fase de tracci\u00f3n, intenta realizar el movimiento en el orden piernas-tronco-brazos. Al ir hacia adelante, el orden debe ser el inverso: brazos-tronco-piernas.<br \/>\nImportante: para realizar un entrenamiento de remo intensivo, lo importante no es remar r\u00e1pido sino con fuerza.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"western\">Adoptar una postura activa<\/h3>\n<p>Intenta sentarte en el asiento del remo adoptando la postura m\u00e1s activa y deportiva posible. Para ello es necesario sentarse directamente sobre los llamados \u00abisquiones\u00bb. Desde los isquiones, te puedes mover c\u00f3modamente hacia adelante y hacia atr\u00e1s en cada remada.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"western\">Aumenta la intensidad de tu sesi\u00f3n de remo<\/h3>\n<div id=\"attachment_6380\" style=\"width: 310px\" class=\"wp-caption alignright\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-6380\" class=\"wp-image-6380 size-medium\" title=\"t\u00e9cnica de remo 2\" src=\"http:\/\/www.sport-tiedje.de\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/rudern2-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"t\u00e9cnica de remo 2\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" \/><p id=\"caption-attachment-6380\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Distancia ol\u00edmpica de 2.000 metros \u00absobre el agua\u00bb.<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Tan pronto como domines la t\u00e9cnica correcta, debes intentar ir aumentando poco a poco la intensidad al remar.<br \/>\nPrueba con alguna de las siguientes opciones para el aumento de la intensidad:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Remar la distancia ol\u00edmpica en un tiempo determinado. La distancia ol\u00edmpica de remo son 2000m. Si remas esta distancia con regularidad, debes intentar mejorar tu tiempo desde la \u00faltima sesi\u00f3n de entrenamiento.<\/li>\n<li>Sesiones de entrenamiento m\u00e1s prolongadas: En lugar de remas los habituales 15 minutos, rema 30 minutos seguidos.<\/li>\n<li>Remo por intervalos: Rema intercalando fases de 60 segundos de mayor y menor intensidad, hasta alcanzar los 20 minutos de entrenamiento.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 class=\"western\">Entrenamiento m\u00e1s efectivo con el remo: conclusi\u00f3n<\/h3>\n<p>El remo supone un entrenamiento de alta intensidad y con la t\u00e9cnica correcta puede ser realmente efectivo.
