The first-grade X3 elliptical cross trainers of Life Fitness have been improved once again in the new edition. Offering already an extremely ergonomic and gentle course of movement, multi-handles making several grasping positions possible are another great feature. It is additionally focussed on the uper body training. As hand pulse sensors and control buttons are in the handles, the training comfort is very high.

Due to the ergonomic movement — it's especially the very small pedal space making the movement comfortable and close to everyday life — and the very long durability and high stability, the Life Fitness elliptical cross trainer E3 Track Connect is great for a gentle cardio training and an intensive performance training. Special elements demonstrate the high quality of the Life Fitness elliptical cross trainer. Back joints, i.e., are additionally covered. It gives the user more safety and avoids that dust or sweat come into the inside of the elliptical cross trainer.

De Track Connect console is in twee zones verdeeld: de entertainmentzone en de trainingszone. in onze trainingszone kun je snel alle trainingsparameters instellen. De Track Connect console beschikt standaard over 15 gevarieerde trainingsprogramma’s. Daaronder 5 hartfrequentieprogramma’s, onder andere ter verhoging van de maximumprestatie of voor vetverbranding. Zeer efficiënt, als je weinig tijd hebt om te trainen: het HIIT-programma, een hoogintensieve intervaltraining.

Training, die verbindt

De Connect console biedt je de mogelijkheid om een smartphone of tablet op te bergen en via Bluetooth met het toestel te verbinden. Voor mobiele apparaten kun je vele fitness app downloaden, bijv. de apps van Garmin, Jawbone of Fitbit. Je kunt je trainingsgegevens uit een permanent geüpdate lijst van partner-apps oproepen. Je kunt je mobiele apparaat natuurlijk ook gebruiken om gewoon een film te bekijken tijdens je training.

De Track Connect console heeft bovendien een energiespaarstand, waarmee je tot 90% stroom bespaart.
