A multi-adapter increases the number of training exercises you can do on the wall bars (wall bars are not included in the scope of delivery)
The multi adapter in different types of wood adapt perfectly to NOHrD wallbars
Just hing in wallbars - two varieties are possible:
- as chin up bar with two parallel grips,
- as a straight chin up bar.
The NOHrD wallbars multi adapter makes your wallbars i.e.:
- chin up station,
- dip station,
- abdominal trainer for leg lifting exercises,
- pushup station incl. reverse pushups,
- footboard/spring board.

Sehr gutes Tool für das Workout

Optimales Tool zur Ergänzung meiner Übungen. Sehr gute Qualität und passt sicher zur NOHRD- Sprossenwand. Zwar preislich im oberen Bereich, aber die Anschaffung lohnt sich. ????
