When using Follow Trainer function, the treadmill automatically adjusts the incline and speed to match the trainer's. If you like, iFIT even lets you create custom simulated routes in Google Maps.
Workout controls
With iFIT, you have the option to define custom goals and always have a clear overview of all your important training data. You can show/hide the most relevant training data, such as speed or heart rate, and easily monitor it along the borders of the screen during video workouts. iFIT can show you a visualisation of your progress to help you optimally manage your workouts. Multimedia & streaming
The large, swivelling touchscreen is also equipped with a high-quality speaker to enhance the multimedia experience. Of course, you also have the option to use the treadmill with wireless headphones. In the digital user interface, you have access to iFIT's various training options as well as popular streaming services. Additional subscription-based services may obviously require their own respective payments.
Save space
When you are done using your treadmill, you can easily fold it up and store it out of the way with the SpaceSaver function.
The hydraulic system makes it easy to raise and collapse the running deck. When folded up, the wheels allow you to easily roll the treadmill to a new position.
Tips
- Language settings: You can change the language from the iFIT main screen by tapping the gear icon in the top left to enter the "Settings" menu and then selecting "Preferences". You can also filter workout videos by language and turn subtitles on/off.
- Correct folding/collapsing: Set the incline to 0 before folding the treadmill. You can then slowly lift the running deck of the treadmill until it engages in the safety catch bar. To lower the deck, gently press against the safety catch bar with your foot and press the deck forward slightly to release it from the locked position. With your foot still against the bar, pull the deck back down to slightly beyond the locking point. You can then release the deck and allow the hydraulic system to slowly lower the treadmill deck to the floor.

How do I activate my free 30-day iFIT membership?

- Yes, to sign up for iFIT you will need a credit or debit card, but no worries! During the free 30-day trial period, you will not be charged a sign-up fee or any other charges. iFIT stores your credit card information to extend your subscription. You have the option to request the deletion of your data at any time and to cancel the automatic extension.
- To delete your credit card data, log into your iFIT profile at ifit.com and go to "Settings“ → "Billing" → "Payment method". You can remove the saved card here.

- Yes, you can change the language of the iFIT console and select different languages for the training videos. To change languages, go into the settings menu. IFIT supports the following languages: English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, Norwegian, Chinese, Dutch, Italian and Russian.

The NordicTrack Commercial 2450 is a solid treadmill with a smooth, quiet run and great interactive workouts. The screen makes workouts engaging. Definitely worth it for those who want a high-quality treadmill with immersive training options.
