The Taurus 4-in-1 Multi Trainer offers a number of exercise options for your legs, abs and lower back, all in a single, space-saving package. It combines four machines: leg extension, leg curl, crunches and calf raises. The name is actually modest, since the Taurus 4-in-1 Multi Trainer can actually be used for even more exercises. While standing, you can easily perform kickbacks, either straight back for the gluteus maximus, or to the side for the minimus and medius gluteal muscles. Customers also use the machine for hip thrusts with the pad in their laps. With a little creativity, one could also attach a handle for bicep curls.

Easily adjustable and customisable

Plates are loaded onto an arm with a weight sleeve that can freely rotate 360°, and on the other side is an arm with a roller pad that can be adjusted at two points for various lengths. It is easy to quickly adjust the compact machine for a variety of exercises suitable for most user’s bodies. Facing forward with the arm set all the way at the top, you can perform crunches or sit-ups against the weight; or sit facing the opposite direction with the arm under your back so the weight helps lift you for assisted sit-ups. With the backrest down while lying on your chest, you can perform lying leg curls to train your hamstrings if you prefer this over the seated variation. You can also do leg curls with a single leg while standing.

El sillón es una maravilla, muy alta calidad y bien construido, se siente genial y lo puedes regular a tu gusto para entrenar más duro en fase excéntrica o concéntrica, tanto cuádriceps como isquio se sienten bien. Por poner alguna pega, el respaldo tiene algo de holgura se mueve mientras entrenas y la posición en isquio tumbado es algo forzada si pones bastante peso no tienes todo el apoyo en la parte delantera de las piernas que me gustaría, pero en general muy satisfecho con el producto. Ja, erst unbeliebt, wegen Umbau ohne zu wissen was man umbauen muss, dann erkannt, dass es eine weitere Anwendung gibt, nämlich: Ich benutze den Multitrainer auch als Sitz mit Brustpolster, um bei der Kabelseilzugmaschine zu rudern. Dafür stelle ich den Gewichtsarm ganz nach oben. Dieser dient dann als Brustpolster für einen geraden Rücken beim Rudern. Für alle 4 Geräte, Liegeergometer, Crosstrainer, Seilzug und Multitrainer 5 Sterne.

Hi Fitnessfreunde, habe das Teil von meinem Firmenjubiläumsbonus gekauft und bin begeistert. Fürs HomeGym absolut gut geeignet und in 1 Std. aufgebaut. Bedienungsanleitung nicht 100% korrekt - wie so oft :), aber man kriegt es sehr easy aufgebaut. Positionswechsel nicht super einfach ohne Anleitung, aber mit ein paar Videos klappts wunderbar. Absolut empfehlenswert und vermutlich mindestens gleichgute Qualität wie andere Geräte dieser Art. Haut rein und trainiert! Tut was für Euch und eure Mitmenschen! ... [Read more]

Ich war mir am Anfang nicht ganz sicher diesen Multitrainer zu beschaffen. Da ich wenig Platz in meinen Fitnessraum habe und schon andere 3 Trainer installiert habe. Ich bin sehr froh das ich nicht gezögert habe. Der 4in 1 Multitrainer passt haargenau in meine Trainingslücke. Es ist inzwischen mein Lieblingsgerät. Es ist nicht so bullig wie erwartet und auch nicht hoch. Es ist sehr einfach zu bedienen, wenn man die Einstellungen ein paar mal gemacht hat. Ich musste mir aber 2x 25 kg Hantelscheiben dazu kaufen. Da die Hantelscheibenaufnahme nicht so lang ist um viele 10 kg Scheiben anzubringen. Beim Wechsel der Einstellungen am Einstellrad muss man aufpassen dass das Gewicht unten ist oder arretiert ist, sonst kann man sich verletzen. Ich habe jedenfalls viel Trainingsspass damit. ... Tolles Produkt! Kann ich wirklich nur empfehlen. Läuft sauber ohne zu ruckeln auch bei höheren Gewichten. Ist sehr standhaft!
