223 Wall Bars Set – versatile strength workout in the smallest of spaces

The 223 Wall Bars Set includes a fixed pull-up unit, a dip bar and a training bench. This versatile set allows you to perform a variety of strength exercises in a small space.

The fixed pull-up unit offers three different grip options, allowing you to choose between wide and close grip pull-ups. So you can train both your back and biceps muscles. The dip bar , on the other hand, is great for for training your chest and triceps effectively. You can also use the dip bar to work your abs by doing leg lifts. The dip bar and pull-up unit allow you to perform ideal bodyweight training without the need for additional weights. However, it makes sense to use dumbbells or barbells on the training bench. This allows you to perform chest and back exercises using the weights. You can also do a number of sit-up variations on the bench.

Attachments for your wall bars

Even though the BenchK 223 Wall Bars Set already offers many exercise options, add-ons are available to provide even more variety. If you want your children to use the wall bars too, theChildren's Accessories are the ideal choice. The accessories can easily be attached to the fixed pull-up unit. So your children can play on the swing and do gymnastics on the rings.

Sturdy wall bars set

The wall bars consist of beech wood rungs that have been hand-oiled in Germany, and a powder-coated metal frame in matt black or white. The add-ons (pull-up unit, dip bar and training bench) are primarily made of powder-coated metal in matt black or white.

The dip bar's backrest, armrests and grips are covered in polyurethane foam to provide a better grip and protect the arms and back from direct contact with the metal. The same applies to the training bench, making training more comfortable. The grips of the fixed pull-up unit are also covered in polyurethane foam for a better grip.
