Sowohl die Hantelbank als auch die Hantelablage sind gut verarbeitet. Der Aufbau war allerdings etwas hinderlich. Bei der Aufbauanleitung sind Bilder vorhanden, die nach dem Abgleich zwischen den gezeigten Nummern auf den Bildern mit dem beinhalteten Päckchen Schrauben/Muttern selbsterklärend sind. Jedoch ist es wichtig einen Satz geeignete Schraubenschlüssel zu haben, da es selbstsichernde Muttern sind. Heißt: Das Gegenstück muss beim Drehen festgehalten werden, was vorzugsweise mit einem anderen Schraubenschlüssel funktioniert (klappt sonst bestimmt auch mit ner Rohrzange oder Ähnlichem, aber gibt Kratzer). Dank der verschiedenen Stufeneinstellungen (Rückenlehne = 9 Stufen bis zur 90°-Position, Sitzfläche = 3 Stufen bis schätzungsweise 30° nach oben) kann man das Bankdrücken entweder in flacher oder geneigter Haltung durchführen, jenachdem was man möchte oder auch eben fürs Bauchtraining benutzen. Parallel dazu lässt sich die Hantelablage entsprechend hoch oder niedrig einstellen sowie je nach Körperbau und Gewicht unterschiedlich breit. Die Bank in flacher (gerader) Form ist recht hoch (49,5cm). Für mich (1,90m) optimal, da ich neben dem Bankdrücken auch einarmiges Rudern mache. Mit einem Knie auf der Bank kann ich ohne Probleme stehen. Der andere Fuß ist auf dem Boden als würde ich ganz normal und ohne Anstrengungen stehen. Dank der Rollen am oberen Ende lässt sich die Bank ganz einfach hin- und herschieben. Schöner wäre es noch wenn ich die Bank an die Wand lehnen könnte um Platz zu sparen, aber das lässt die Konstruktion nicht zu. Ich kann die Bank jedem bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen, der bereit ist etwas mehr Geld auszugeben, wobei wir hier noch von einem verhältnismäßig günstigem Modell reden. Für mich ist das meine aller erste Hantelbank. Und ich würde sie wieder kaufen.... [Read more]
