Electronic resistance for precise, dynamic training

A considerable advantage of the Taurus MS45 Pro E-Multi Smith Station is the motor which can provide 85 kg of resistance. This motorised system makes handling unwieldy plates and weight stacks unnecessary. Simply select the weight via the touchscreen console. The menu has various dynamic modes ranging from standard resistance to a focus on the eccentric contraction or simulating training with chains. Whether you’re interested in classic weight training, functional movements or hardcore training to complete muscle failure – this multi-gym offers numerous exercise options for your workout.

In standard mode, the resistance remains constant. The eccentric modes (80% - 200%) increase the resistance during the negative phase of an exercise motion to effectively improve muscle gains. The chain mode simulates training with chains to dynamically increase the resistance at the peak of an exercise. The innovative design of the multi-gym not only improves the safety and tidiness of your training area but also allows you to quickly and easily transition from one exercise or user to the next.
