The seven handles give you different grip options so you can hold on to the sandbag however best fits your workout goals. The durable material makes the sandbag suitable for intense workouts in a gym, at home or outdoors. The Nike Sandbag doesn’t take up much space and is easy to transport, meaning you can take it anywhere you want to exercise.The dynamic movements possible with this sandbag allow you to continually stimulate deep musculature to steadily improve your technique and endurance. The double hook-and-loop closures ensure the sand stays securely in the bag without spills even with heavy use. The inner filler bags are water-resistant to provide extra protection against leaks even with rapid movements.
